In recent years, with the vigorous development of demand for video conferencing, 5G communication, cloud computing, etc., terminal customers' requirements for server computing power are also increasing, and CPU heat is also rising. To ensure that the server can run stably under a prolonged high-temperature environment, Panasonic has developed new products of the JX and KX series with high reliability, which can meet the design requirements of 85 ℃ and more than 5 years. Panasonic's unique conductive polymer SP-CAP, POSCAP and OS-CON can be widely used in the input and output power supply lines of servers. Among them, the laminated polymer aluminum electrolytic capacitor SP-CAP has low height, large capacity, and low ESR characteristics which are mainly used in Vccin, Vccfa and other line power suppliers.
Laminated polymer tantalum capacitor POSCAP compared with SP-CAP, has a higher energy density and a voltage range of 2~35v. It is suitable for line locations that require small size and large capacity. There are many projects where tantalum capacitors are selected for peripheral power supply such as PCH in servers. , In addition, in some backplane solutions with height restrictions, it is necessary to connect a part of POSCAP with 16v withstand voltage in parallel with the 12v input circuit to solve the circuit filtering problem at the input end. The maximum withstands voltage of the wound solid aluminum electrolytic capacitor OS-CON can reach 100v. The server is mainly used in some peripheral power supply lines. In addition to the common 16v withstand voltage products, facing the requirement of 48~54V input voltage for some high-density servers, Panasonic can provide 63v/80v and other high voltage OS-CON for customers to choose from.

The 2021 revenue ranking of China's local electronic components distributors is released!
Recently, ASPENCORE and ESM China jointly released the 2021 "Revenue Ranking of Local Electronic Components Distributors in China". The list shares the current situation and development of China's distribution industry based on observations and interviews with local distribution companies in China. The respondents of the report are all electronic component distributors that have established corporate headquarters in China, and their revenue in 2021 has exceeded one billion RMB, and the distribution business has accounted for more than 60% of the revenue. For the first time, the report combines both directional invitation and questionnaire survey. All ranking data are derived from voluntary disclosure of companies or financial reports of listed companies.
LC forecasts double-digit growth in optical product revenue over the next five years
Recently, Light Counting (LC) released its latest optical device forecast for the next five years. LC believes that after 9% and 17% growth in 2021 and 2020, the global transceiver market revenue will continue to grow strongly (17%) in 2022. Demand for optical products is strong across all segments, and continued bottlenecks in the global supply chain may have created some additional demand (over-ordering) and of course moderated price declines leading to higher-than-expected sales growth in 2021 and the increase of forecast for 2022-2027, which is as shown in the chart below.
