In April 2021, after nearly half a year of preparation and 45 days of actual measurement and optimization, the audio codec chip product CX11880/11970 of Senary Technology successfully passed Intel's Evo product test.

CX 11880/11970 is one of the flagship products of Senary Technology, which is mainly used in sound cards of various PC products such as desktops, notebooks, and tablets. Qingshun Yang, head of sales of Senary Technology, said how Senary can bring customers a better experience on the Intel Evo platform, how to polish excellent hardware products with Intel to meet Intel's stringent certification requirements, and finally, how to provide customers with the best Evo platform experience, these experiences he mentioned are impressive.

"For the CX11880/11970, these two products are our audio codec chips. The most important parameters are the digital-to-analog conversion signal-to-noise ratio and the analog-to-digital conversion signal-to-noise ratio”, said Yang, “The efficiency of our products will be 6 % higher than other products. The effect of analog to digital exceeds 11%, which is also an important indicator. Of course, the speaker driver is quite important in notebooks. Our driving speaker capability is far higher than other chips provided by customers in the market, which can reach 2.8W, while other chips are only 2.2W. The power consumption of the Senary’s chip is 1 milliwatt at the headphone output. The lower the chip power consumption, the better the performance of the chip." LC forecasts double-digit growth in optical product revenue over the next five years

Recently, Light Counting (LC) released its latest optical device forecast for the next five years. LC believes that after 9% and 17% growth in 2021 and 2020, the global transceiver market revenue will continue to grow strongly (17%) in 2022. Demand for optical products is strong across all segments, and continued bottlenecks in the global supply chain may have created some additional demand (over-ordering) and of course moderated price declines leading to higher-than-expected sales growth in 2021 and the increase of forecast for 2022-2027, which is as shown in the chart below.
